Refund policy

At End of Shift Apparel, everything is made to order — which means we don’t keep inventory sitting around. Because of that, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there’s a defect or error with your order.


🔄 We’ll Replace or Refund If:

  • Your item arrives damaged

  • There’s a printing issue

  • You received the wrong size or product

If any of the above apply, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll make it right — no stress.


📬 How to Report an Issue

Please email us at customerservice@endofshiftapparel.com with the following:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

  • A brief description of what went wrong

Once we review your claim, we’ll send out a free replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.


⚠️ Please Note:

  • We cannot accept returns for:

    • Incorrect size selection (please double-check the size guide before ordering)

    • Buyer’s remorse or personal preference changes

  • All products are custom printed — we don’t resell returns.
